Kathy Weber
Founder Senior and Partner
Kathy’s expertise lies in Talent Assessment, and in designing and delivering practical and effective Leadership and Personal Development Programmes, Processes and Tools, which can support leaders and individual contributors at every level of the organisation. Her goal is to make impactful and cohesive interventions, and deliver sustainable outcomes for her clients
She has a successful track record of working with clients in the Financial Services, Retail, IT, Telecoms, and Multimedia sectors in the UK, Europe, Asia and the Americas, as well as in UK Local Government and NHS, who appreciate her results focused, pragmatic and collaborative approach
Kathy holds an honours degree from the University of Liverpool, and a Master’s Degree in Management Learning. She is British Psychological Society trained in Psychometrics and Questionnaires, and in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Jens Moeller
Senior Consultant
Jens passion is in finding solutions to increasing his clients’ Organisational and Personal Performance, through development, coaching and training, especially in the areas of Sales, and Customer Service where he is a published author in enhancing agent performance and motivation
He has a successful track record of working in large-scale organisations and SME’s in Europe, in the Financial Services, Automotive, Telecommunication & Media, Professional Services & BPO, Oil, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Logistics, Local Government and Public Transport sectors, where his clients appreciate his hands-on approach, and his insightful business interventions
Jens holds a Business Administration degree and a Certificate in Management Consulting from the Institute of Consulting (UK), in association with the International Council of Management Consulting Institute. He is a native German speaker and is fluent in English and French.

He has been a key player in supporting organisational change initiatives, including setting and driving HR strategy, culture change and building team capability, in fast moving and dynamic organisations in EMEA and Asia, and in the private sector, the Education sector and Central and Local Government.
Sam Malik
Consultant
Sam expertise lies in working with organisations to support their strategic people development goals through Coaching, Executive Search, Talent Management, and Training. She has a keen interest in working with clients on Diversity & Inclusion, working with clients on their gender balance initiatives
She has a track record of successfully delivering on senior level Executive Search and Coaching assignments across Europe, the Americas and APAC, coaching a wide range of employees from entry-level to Senior Executives. Sam’s clients appreciate her ability to build trust at an early stage, and her collaborative style
Sam holds a BA in Economics, a postgraduate qualification in personal and business coaching and is a member of the NCP (National Council of Psychotherapists).
